Photo Shoot Details

For a successful shoot, the property needs to be guest ready - clean with no personal items present. I am typically on-site for 2-3 hours for a full shoot depending on the size of the property. You do not need to be present if I have an access code or key.

I am available for travel throughout New Hampshire and the surrounding states, anywhere that is up to a 3-hour drive from Franconia, NH. Please note that a travel fee may apply for locations beyond a 1-hour drive.
Full Shoot - interior & exterior.
Abbreviated shoot - partial shoot, perhaps an updated room or new deck furniture.
Seasonal Update - Exterior shots to keep your listing fresh for the current season.
Dusk shots - exterior shots with all the lights on and any fire pit actively burning.
Aerials - aerial shots that showcase your property and its surroundings with a unique perspective.
Nearby Attractions - images documenting nearby attractions and local areas of interest that you want to highlight in your listing.
All images are sized for viewing online, and are delivered via a private online viewing and downloading gallery. Images are typically delivered within 2-4 business days.
