The Sunrise Ascent on Mount Washington is an annual fundraiser for Adaptive Sports Partners of the North Country (ASPNC).
At sunrise, on Sunday, August 2nd, 12 adaptive athletes and their supporting teams of "mules" ascended the Mount Washington Auto Road, determined to reach the 6,288-foot summit of Mount Washington by climbing the 7.6 mile auto road to the summit of the highest peak in the Northeast. Together they helped raise over $95,000, which in turn will be used to help hundreds of adaptive athletes maximize their abilities. For more information, please click here.
